Kay's Kitchen has now been open for 2 busy months! This period has been a learning curve, to recognise what my customers are looking for and how best I can fulfill these needs. One of these discoveries is that it will be more beneficial to open on a Monday, instead of on a Saturday. It has also become clear that Friday would suit a half day closing, providing breakfast and burgers only. These changes will begin from Friday 17th February.
